Hi everyone - I’m not exactly sure how to best reach everyone at once, since our communication preferences are all over the map...so I’m resorting to a tried and true classic email dissemination.

I just wanted to get a sense of who is still planning to come to NYC next weekend... I know things have drastically changed over the last 2 wks with Coronavirus gripping the headlines, I’ve had 2 events just get canceled, out of precaution.

I’m assuming the Hoffman event is still happening - but are we still comfortable enough to attend mass events? (Today, I am. But I am not sure how I’ll feel on Friday...)

I am definitely still happy to host anyone at my place in the evening - immediately after the event may be a bit hard given we are there a full day, 9:30am-5p. Probably we’d all like to decompress - get some food and chill a bit? So — I will host drinks and dessert (mocktails also available) 8-10p - if that works?
