Thanks for the book share, Greg. I found Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama's "The Book of Joy" a valuable read and will look into this one as well.
I want to share my own appreciation for everyone's openness and kindness during our Hoffman Essentials weekend. Some of the concepts certainly hit home with me and I hope to review and practice them regularly. Best wishes to everyone in their own journeys and I hope to stay in touch!
