Love the video of your family skiing Anna, looks blissful.

Great to hear that everyone is doing so well and that everyone is still so grateful for the lessons learnt a year ago.

I try to apply my new way of thinking to my relationships and work every day. It’s a challenge and I find myself up against people that are so determined to go into negative patterns; it’s apparent that if we are not careful society, to some extent, forces us to stay in negative paths also. The goal therefore is to continue to surround yourself with positive, giving, loving people.  

I have been listening to podcasts (Under the Skin – Russell Brand – is a fave) for continued guidance and inspiration.

Love to you all and hope we can see each other again at some point soon.

To my Hoffman Family,

The juice was worth the squeeze!!!!!!  My relationships with my parents are forever changed and I have come full circle with my commitment to not pass these negative patterns on to the next generation!  The Roberts are thriving in the sun and snow here in Vermont and enjoying every moment we have together!  Blessed to be alive and well!  The rollercoaster of life is more manageable than at this time last year and am so grateful to have completed The Process with you all!  Hope you are well!
