I am grateful for you, my community of Hoffman graduates.

Not a day goes by that I don't think or speak of Hoffman. The process worked for me. The practices are still available in my toolkit to navigate the choppy waters of life. Not every day is perfect. Yet I know how to give myself space when I'm triggered. I know how to prioritize my needs, unselfishly and without guilt, blame, or shame. I consciously make choices that previously felt forced upon me.

An interesting observation is the curation of people in my Universe. Like attracts Like. I am having more genuine, heartfelt conversations with business colleagues and acquaintances. Some evolve into friendships. These are the amazing people I surround myself with. Yes, I have to interact with drama filled people - yet they are the exception, and I try to see beyond the behavior to the inner dark side they are struggling with.

Hilary recently published a blog post that especially spoke to me and prompted me to say Hello! to my Hoffman Community.  If you haven't read, here it is https://www.hoffmaninstitute.org/the-gift-of-community/

I love you.
I see you.
I support you.
I hope you have a joyful season of giving thanks with those you spend your time with.
Yes, you can reach out to me anytime <3
