It is so good to hear your stories. (I couldn’t open the story board for some reason.) Although I have not been engaging much in the practices, I often think back to you all , the feelings, connections, the entire transformative experience. I know it is within me and accessible at any time!

Glen - I was on the same continent :D I was in Cape Town, South Africa running a bootcamp for social impact startups. It was a phenomenal experience!
I looked back in my passport and realized the last time I traveled; 2016 for work, 2017 for holiday. Both trips I remember unpleasantness and myself not being grounded to fully enjoy the experience. Post-Hoffman I was in a much better head space to navigate 3 weeks in South Africa and an additional 3 weeks in DC. Physically displaced from my nest for 6 weeks, yet found the ability to constantly stay grounded thanks to our Hoffman toolkit.

It's funny how the universe works. A couple nights ago I had a vivid flashback/lucid dream to a specific memory being outside in the woods behind the Inn in Connecticut during the process. And that next morning used the app for a "quad check" which I hadn't yet done in months. Indeed I still feel connected to y'@ll and to the process! I would love to reconnect to those whom I have not yet emailed or chatted with much since we graduated. Give me a holla' (OK Laura you're turning me southern apparently instead of a CT Yankee). For inquiring minds, I am now working in Kigali, Rwanda.
