Hope today is a beautiful one for all; I expect to feel overwhelmed at times.  So far, feeling happy.

Joseph,

Hope all goes well at home.  We are all rooting for you buddy. After a couple days in a hotel on the beach coming back to the city was a little overwhelming as well today.

But, after a few shallow breaths, I opened my eyes and closed my ears, got myself just left of center and everything was all good again ;)

No really.  I just thought about what we learned from the process and it was like everything slowed down for me.  Keep yourself centered with your eye on the prize, buddy.   You'll be living your vision before you know it. Love you.

When I left the retreat center I was going to head back to NJ and find a place at the Jersey shore to take a couple days before heading home. I stopped for gas close to the lodge and found myself completely overwhelmed with the interaction. Then about 10 minutes into my ride I pulled over and realized I needed to stay someplace close. So glad I did that. I really thing that ride would have pulled me out of the work that was still being done. I had a great walk by the water and took a local yoga class before heading home. It really helped me to acclimate. Back home now and feeling really hopeful. Hope you are all doing well. Joseph
