Congratulations on the transformational and empowering work you did during your Process!
On behalf of all of us at the Hoffman Institute, welcome to your Hoffman Light Circle, the purpose of which is to enable you to share with and support your classmates' personal growth and integration.
We invite you to stay in touch and continue to let your true self unfold. We also suggest that you save this email for future reference and referral.
Please take a few minutes to read and take in the following important information and guidelines about this email group.
First, here are a few important tips:
Your group email address is: 0318CT@hoffmangroups.org.
Please add this address to your address book to ensure that these emails do not get stuck in your spam filter or junk mailbox.
The email address with which you registered is the ONLY email address our security system will accept from you.
* Please send emails to this group only from the email address that you used for your registration and Gateway log-in. Emails sent to this group from other email
addresses will not be delivered.
* If you get a “held for approval" message please make sure you sent your email from the correct address.
* If you want to change or add an email address, please email lightcircles@hoffmaninstitute.org.
* If you want to unsubscribe, please click the link at the bottom of any email.
So that your Light Circle remains a safe place that fosters deep connections, the same agreements about confidentiality that were in place at the Process apply here. The following parameters
are designed to ensure that the integrity of your Light Circle remains strong:
• To send a message to all
of your classmates, address it to the group email address to which this email is addressed. For one-on-one conversations, please use a person's individual
email address.
• When replying to an email,
it will only go to the individual who sent it unless you select Reply All. Make sure that the group email address (0318CT@hoffmangroups.org) is
in the TO or CC field if you want the whole class to see your reply. There do not need to be any individual email addresses in addition to the group address for everyone to receive the email.
• Please do not promote
business services, political opinions, or religious beliefs through your Light Circle, as this tends to diminish the openness of the group.
• Anything that you send
to your classmates should be focused solely on your individual, personal growth, and not for solicitation for business or donation. If you have a Linked-In account, please block it from sending emails to
the group address.
• Every person in your Process
class with an email address is subscribed to this group. Anything you post to the Light Circle will be seen by your classmates, your teaching team, and two members of the Hoffman staff who monitor this Light Circle for technical problems.
• On occasion, a Hoffman Light Circle monitor may email the group to remind you of when the reunion call is happening.
• Please be careful when sending any attachments (photos) or links to the group, that they are virus free. This will protect the group's addresses.
• Do not include emojis (“smiley face”, et al) in the subject line of emails – they will get caught in our spam filter and will not be delivered to
your group
Facebook: Some groups choose to set up a Facebook group, or similar online group to facilitate communication. If your group decides
to do this, keep in mind that there is no guarantee for privacy. Also, we ask that you do not use “Hoffman” in your Facebook group name, to minimize the number of groups with similar names and avoid confusion. We encourage you to continue using the Light Circle
emails for your main communications so as not to exclude anyone who may not use Facebook.
If you would like to receive a daily digest of emails (all emails within a 24 hour period condensed into one email) please email lightcircles@hoffmaninstitute.org with
the request. NOTE that the digest email WILL NOT include any attachments (pictures, videos, etc.) sent with any single email during the day, but you can retrieve these online if you wish.
