To my wonderfully supported classmates,

I made it home to Vermont!
Called off work today to spend time reconnecting with my son.  William and I woke up slow, did some yoga and checked in with our spiritual selves this morning.  I  including him in my morning check in and it amazed me how focused he can be inwardly.  It came much easier for him than I.  Our spirit guides showed us a fire from within....so we listened and took it outside.  We geared up, got some kindling together and starting a campfire.  It is not even 11am and we are having smores fireside and enjoying the spirit of mother nature together.  More play today for me!!!



Happy as a clam after a nice relaxing weekend integrating myself.
Feeling grateful and mentally healthy for the first time in a long while!!!!
