Dear Graduate,

Congratulations on all the powerful and sacred work you did in your Process!

You’ve got an exciting journey ahead. The changes you experienced in the Process are lasting and will continue to grow organically. The next 90 days are about bringing your outer reality congruent with your new inner reality. Perhaps you’ve heard that very large ships take as much as five miles to execute a turn. Your life is a very large ship! Trust that you have turned the rudder, and that as life unfolds, you will see more and more reflection of your new way of being.

For the next 13 weeks, you will receive a weekly honk from us. These honks will give you the momentum and resources to: 

 

·       Integrate your Process experience

·       Live a spirit-guided life

·       Stay connected to your whole self

·       Reconnect you with the tools and practices you learned during your Process

·       Remember that you are love, loving, and lovable

Today’s action step: Right now, place your hands on your heart and take a deep breath. Take another breath from deep in your belly. Allow yourself to feel the warmth of your hands and drop into your tender connection to yourself. Keeping your hands in place, continue breathing as if you could breathe in and out of your heart center for the next two minutes. When you are finished, notice the sensations in your body and what you are feeling.
