So each morning we huddle as a family.  It's a quick 8-10 minute meeting.  We've been doing it for about three months now.  I made some modifications to the agenda to incorporate some things I learned at Hoffman.  Feel free to copy and modify if it's something you think would benefit your family.  I know we are all in different stages of life, so to some this may not be applicable.

Having a daily huddle means daily connection as a family.  It means you get "heard" every day be everyone else without interruption.  It brings us closer every day.  It give us a chance to vent and say if something is wrong.  The kids (after a few weeks) look forward to this as a part of life now.

PLUS....it's the cutest thing ever to see a 6 year old, and 9 years old "run" the meeting as the moderator.
