Love your idea of a four color pen; I’ve only been using 2 colors.... I also agree agree that  adequate sleep is key; working on that.  Sorry you were not able to stay for the whole conference call but glad you took part!

Best wishes, Denise

Hello Hoff Healers,

Yesterday was really dark for me too.

I had almost no time for integration after our week together; 24 hours after the retreat I was at a five-year-old’s birthday party! Awareness Hell! 😆

And then last week was one of the busiest of the entire year... getting ready for Passover. We hosted over 200 people and it was BEAUTIFUL!

So yesterday was my beginning of “delayed integration”. It really hurt. The nightmares returned but this time i was awake!

And... it was different. I could see patterns some much more clearly. And name them creatively.

For me, I think getting proper sleep is Key for making this change “stick”. Who Knows how the brain reorganizes through dreams?!?

I’ve been doing Quad Checks and just ordered one of those fun four-colored pens to keep a Quadrinity journal. I think it will be neat to see patterns over time in the different Selves.

“Pain pushes until vision pulls” has been a core takeaway for me. My retreat vision was very Clear and reinforced by the Visioning meditation. Holding the creative tension with a courageous heart.

I love my duck from Santa so much. He hasn’t told me his name yet (it keeps changing... Quackie Mason, Quackamole...).

Well said Schoen!  The intellect loves to be in charge.  I find taking the time for the quad in the AM and the appreciate/grateful exercise at night are a big help.  Allow your spiritual self to be heard.

Warmest regards,
Denise

Dear Friends,

I am finally back online post-Hoffman after an 8 day silent meditation retreat and am just catching up on all of your messages and inspirations.

Laura, I have to keep reminding myself that it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 60 days to rewire the brain, so one needs to be patient as your brain lays down new pathways that help us from going back into our well-worn patterns.

I am doing the Q check in daily, the appreciations and gratitudes, pre-cycling and re-cycling, as well as bashing. I went back to the original list of patterns in the pre-work and found a whole bunch more that I realize I do constantly, but which I wasn't aware of pre-program. While daunting, I do consider it progress that after the program I am much more self-aware (and uncomfortable and a little untethered — a la the Ekhart Tolle quote).

Be patient and kind with yourself and know that these things just take some time!

Warm wishes,
Schon

Love it! Happily, thoughts of what “they” think have been kept at bay. My dark side, however, is telling me “Hoffman was temporary, it can’t last in the real world. You can’t REALLY change.” I am feeling anxious and unsettled. I quad checked and recycled this morning. Took a long walk on the beach. I would appreciate any words of comraderie and encouragement y’all have to share! ❤️🌟
