I have found that, when feeling down, if I smile I feel better! Of course hard to maintain unless one quiets the judges inside one’s head. Thanks to HP for giving me the tools!
Remember: put a smile on your face, even if you don’t feel happy, and approach the day with the smile. People will respond differently and your smile will probably end up a genuine one!

When I was feeling like that I just went back to my negative funeral.
Linda you may have hit on part of it for me. I really haven’t re-entered. Three and a half days in Office last week and now spring break. It’s scary and I do feel a bit untethered. Going to deeply breathe and focus on the now and how I want to continue to feel! ❤️

I’m almost afraid to fully enter life again for fear all my hard work will disappear. Having said that, I do see changes and I can’t reason away the peace that I have so I’m pushing forward.
Love it! Happily, thoughts of what “they” think have been kept at bay. My dark side, however, is telling me “Hoffman was temporary, it can’t last in the real world. You can’t REALLY change.” I am feeling anxious and unsettled. I quad checked and recycled this morning. Took a long walk on the beach. I would appreciate any words of comraderie and encouragement y’all have to share! ❤️🌟
