I truly appreciate your efforts to keep the group communicating and supporting one another through our post-process journey. I am so proud to know each of my fellow Hoffman folks and to meet more alumni back home. As we are each experiencing a different journey, yet we have each other to support and remind of the tools developed during Hoffman. It is a process for me. I still have patterns. I am kinder to myself. I am kinder to others who haven't experienced Hoffman. I find the messages to reinforce the positive direction I want my life to take. I no longer pattern-match to the negative self talk. I have each of you to be grateful for <3
