Dear Friends,

Three years - can it be so? In some ways it seems so much longer ago and in other ways, like yesterday. The process made a huge positive difference in my life and came at exactly the right moment for me. I am so glad that I was able to go through it with all of you and hope that you are still reaping the many benefits from the program.
