Panic attack Rachel ONeil 25 Mar 2018 05:27 PDT

Hey friends,
I had a panic attack last night. My second night at the cabin in the Berkshires and I was convinced someone was either in the house or was going to break in. I spooked myself right before bed by looking out a window and an image of an aggressive man was peering in at me.

Worst of all when I asked for my spirit guide - who normally is a Mongolian Warrior - he appeared as the bunny from the Trix cereal commercials. Laughing at me, spinning its head, being goofy.

I jumped into bed a "hid" in the dark, wide awake, heart pounding, and listening to every sound the house made. Waiting to hear footsteps. Waiting to hear a broken window. Waiting to hear the door open.

None of the above happened. Most certainly a childhood regression for me. I slept fitfully. Made a pot of coffee this morning. Tried a light visualization and quadrinity checkin. Having a hard time shaking the bad juju.

Please send love & laughter :/
