I'm flipping through my workbook from day 1 and found this quote in our book. I'm surprised at most of my responses to the first day reflections. It's hard to believe what I wrote. Yet that was my past. With all of you, we've made so much progress! We have so many more tools to choose the way we respond. Yea!
