I love this - thanks for sharing and I hope you’re doing great. I just arrived in New Zealand and am visiting my ex-husband’s parents, whom I adore,  for a couple of days before I head into my last meditation retreat for at least a few months! More time alone in silence where I can practice lots of Hoffman tools when I get bored with meditation!
