So proud of you Sheelagh!  What great insight to know when the time has come to let another star shine.  That takes incredible foresight, courage, and trust.  So many people can not turn that switch, which I believe is the mark of a true leader.

Plus you get to look back now at all that you did for so many!  And watch the new leaders make mistakes and grow!
