We’re on the same wave length today Schon! I listened to a podcast with Tara this morning on my walk. It was called The One You Feed with Guest Tara Brach.
I found it on the Insight Timer App under Talks. It was very good! She spoke about our thoughts and how we can feed into them...good and bad.

Thx for sharing Schon!

xo,
Sharon

I thought that this might interest some of you. She also has tons of wonderful (free) resources on her website which you might be interested in perusing. She uses very simple language to delve into the spiritual side of us, connecting it to the emotional child, the body and the intellect.
