Today's Practice: Joyful Blessing

Today is about giving and receiving.
It is about shining and loving.
Today is about living your truth and not being afraid to be Who You Are.

Whether or not you celebrate Christmas it is happening. Things are changing, they are changing and we have been called to show up. No matter how heavy or hard it is, no matter how much we would rather just check out - that is simply no longer an option.

Today marks the beginning of the end of the year, and as challenging as 2018 has been for so many, 2019 holds more growth and transformation. And that is okay. Because you are amazing, you are a gift. You are here to serve a greater purpose, and the world needs you to show up. Your family needs you to show up. Today. And everyday from now on.

No more hiding, no more pretending - be the light of God that you are. The ray, your unique flame - let it shine and glow, stoke it and strengthen it. Do not curse the darkness, rather shine your light and witness how the shadows disappear.

Shine bright in your light.
Be strong in your commitment to your purpose.
Be a leader of love.
And let your presence be a joyful blessing to all you encounter.
