Today's Practice: Really Break
Often when we feel messy, broken or empty we think we need to piece ourselves back together and put on a happy face. We pretend we are in control, and everything is okay.
What if instead we let it unravel.
What if we let ourselves really break. What if in the breaking we actually begin to allow healing in?
It's okay to feel stressed, tired, over worked or empty. Observe those sensations, own them - and know they are not the truth of who you are. Experience these things - without becoming them.
Today, recognize the part of you that feels broken, and the part of you that wants to reach for the super glue to fix it.
Instead, expand into it, and break some more...
