The battles with the intellect left a mark on me as well. My chest hurts massage it and appreciate me.

Intellect : make sure you say calmly your own truth, to the very bottom never ignore me.

Emotional: I want to feel loved the way I am, without adds on, i don’t want you to love me when I am
Happy or when others love me, I want you to love me now even when nobody does.

Spiritual: you Know, stop doubting your truth. You are everything nothing can ever be taken away from you.
