Today's Practice: Open to Grow

This life is about evolving, growing, and expanding. 

Our purpose is to deepen our relationship with who and what we know ourselves to be. To grow into more beautiful, brighter versions of who we truly are. 

Notice when you find yourself stuck, or held back in your growth - then pause. Remember that if we are not growing or changing, we are limiting what's possible, we are blocking our purpose. 

Today, give yourself permission to be in alignment with your truth as a Spirit. Give yourself permission to be in a flow of Grace, of Divine growth. Be open to what's possible. Be open to the bigger picture plan for your life.
