Today's Practice: Look at the Spirit

Look beyond the valence that people show you. Look at their spirit - look at their energy. Tap into their Truth. And from that perspective get a sense of what they are really trying to communicate to you, what they really need, and how you can truly support them. 

By looking at someone's spirit, and not just their personality - you begin to see a bigger picture. By looking at their spirit you can begin to be of service to them in a much more satisfying and supportive way.
