Hello everyone, I just wanted to reach out and say hi, and that I see and I love all of you. I have taken a lot of time away and it just felt right to finally reach out. In awe of everyone, I just wanted to express a deep sense of gratitude. Thank you for always being open despite my patterns telling me to be closed off and distant.

I have written a poem without my own personal judgment for the first time and I know this poem is no masterpiece and it is far from Keats or Kipling but it is me. I'm beginning to find some patterns related to vulnerability that have taken away from my ability to connect with all of you and I want to do better at communicating so I just want to make sure people send their current addresses. I would like to send a little something to as many members of The Flock as possible.
