Today's Practice: Welcome Change

Life is always evolving, expanding, shifting and changing. The more we can be open and welcoming of change the easier all things will be. When we resist change - when we resist the inevitable - we create blocks in our own energy, in our space and in our lives. Blocks that can lead to anger, sickness and dissatisfaction. 

As we open our arms to transformation, while holding the intention what we need and what will most serve us will come, everything flows with greater ease.
