 I’ll share that I am talking this email vs typing. 

Some of you might know from my birthday post on Facebook ( but for those of you that aren't connected there) unfortunately I broke my left wrist (badly) down at Rancho Laporte (wellness retreat - irony huh )  just south of San Diego in Mexico on 1/30.  A totally silly accident - tripping while attempting to learn how to play pickle ball. I’ve been told since I had on the wrong kind of shoes 🤪

It’s been more mentally challenging than my more serious accident 2 years. Hard to explain. 

I guess a pattern I went into was not reaching out for some flock support during this trying time. 

So, again thank you for the love and light sent my way.
