Today's Practice: Accept Love
When someone offers their love, consider accepting it. It may come in the form of a gift, a word, a hug, a smile, even a simple hello. Everyone has different ways of
expressing their love, and when it does not look like or feel like how we think we want it to feel, we may disregard it, and make them (or ourselves) feel bad.
The more love that you give, the more you have to be willing to accept (and receive it) in return. This might not be as easy as it sounds. We are often more able to give than we are to receive.
Notice if you find yourself hesitating to accept love.
When love is being offered to you, intend to accept it with kindness and gratitude.
