Release your stored up emotions to create more balance in your life.
Whether that means for you - writing it out, going for a run, sitting in the garden, or having a good cry; let it out.
When we hold on to charge it builds up in our body and energetic field and it lowers our vibration.
Saving emotions and feelings, holding on to them, or covering them up - is not serving your highest good, rather it may be blocking your from creating what you really want and need.
Today, without feeling like a victim, or a terrible person, without becoming them, or believing they are more powerful than you, give yourself permission to feel the feelings and be done with them.
