Today's Practice: Learnings
Whatever challenge you may find coming your way, embrace it. It is an opportunity to learn, to grow and to gain insight. You can learn not only about yourself and your
habitual reactions, but about those around you, and those you love.
There lies great teaching in the way we deal with issues as they arise, there are gifts to be gained and shared and insights to awaken to. If you find yourself in a situation where you feel uncomfortable, insecure, or unsure how to proceed, pause. Notice what
part of you is experiencing un-ease, say hello to it, and then give it a pacifier. Tell that part of your mind, body, or consciousness, that everything will be okay, that everything happens for a reason, and that this too shall pass.
In every interaction - we have a choice to address what is happening, what is being presented to us, see it for the energetic offering, or to play victim and solidify.
As you begin addressing these challenges from a new perspective, you can move forward with the confidence of knowing that whatever is up for you is a gift, it is an offering from the Universe. Approach it from this perspective and you might find you experience
the situation differently.
Give yourself the space to see the light and receive the teaching and it may shift how you relate to the world.
