Today's Practice: In Your Power

When you are grounded, connected, tapped in to your higher self and your truth & wisdom, you are of service to everyone around you.

By you being you, you give all others permission to do the same.

The light is within you, others cannot give it to you, nor can they take it away. Others can show you how to access it, how to let it shine, but it is up to you to take the steps to be in your power.

When you are in this space - of knowing, of grounding, of feeling comfortable in your body and in your space, your presence is healing. 

No one's light is as bright as your own.
