Expand your awareness and become the observer.
Observe yourself in interactions with others.
Observe yourself and your behaviors.
Distance yourself from your reactions through this observation.
With greater awareness we can begin to catch ourselves when we are playing out patterns, when we are in reaction. First we must observe something before we can begin to change it.
By becoming aware of how we behave, we can shift, become more conscious, more loving and more supportive - of ourselves and of others in everyday life.
