Often in life we are tough on ourselves, we think we need to be better than we are, further ahead, or doing more than we are doing.
This competitiveness with ourself can actually hold us back from being where we need to be, which is usually exactly the place we are at.
Give yourself permission to be right where you are, experiencing exactly what you are experiencing. Without putting pressure on yourself, be gentle and loving, acknowledging that there is no better place to be, than here.
