Today's Practice: Be In Love
Take a moment and have a deep breath. As you breathe, set your intention to breathe in love. Breathe it into your heart, your lungs, your spine. Breathe love into your
toes. Feel it tingle.
Allow love into your space and body.
After a few of these deep breaths, envision that you are sitting in a bubble of safe and comfortable love. It might even look like a giant heart shaped space that encompasses your body. It might have a rosy tint to it.
Take a few minutes to sit in this love energy, being present in this loving space. Allow it to nourish you and provide you with exactly what you need in this moment.
