Today's Practice: Enough Sleep



Make sure you are getting enough rest time for your body.

When we are busy we sometimes forget to take care of our basic needs (or we neglect them). However some of these basic needs are critical to our well being. Eating healthy, drinking plenty of water and sleeping are key components that give our bodies energy.

It is important on this path of awakening that you get enough rest. The body not only rejuvenates during sleep time, it also heals. (Which is why when you are sick you need so much sleep). If you recognize when you are needing more rest, and honor that need, you can prevent sickness, maintain wellness, and feel more grounded in your light. 

Today, make sure you are rested!
