Today's Practice: Growth & Change
Take some time today to honor the steps you have taken in your growth and the new space you are in.
From a place of stillness, surrounded by self love, recognize all that is going well in your life. Then acknowledge the ways you have changed in the last year or so.
Perhaps you are more open to love, perhaps you are better able to ask for help when you need it, perhaps you are not as easily upset by little things. Perhaps you are more grounded and conscious in your choice-making.
By recognizing how far you've come, you remind yourself that growth and change can be positive and safe.
