Today's Practice: Stuck In Your Stuff?
It is easy to get caught up in our own minds, circling around in thought patterns that do not serve us. Stuck knee deep in our "stuff."
It's okay to pull back from the issue and laugh.
It's okay to let go for a few minutes, head outside and breathe fresh air.
You have permission to step back and gain a new perspective.
You have permission to think about something else, or not even think at all!
Don't take yourself and your stuff so seriously.
Step back, zoom out, pause...
You have tools, use them.
All is well.
