Today's Practice: Freedom from Thoughts
Relax today and be free of the mind chatter that holds you back. Your thoughts are not real, they are not true, they are not your essence.
Your thoughts prevent you from accessing stillness, peace and alignment.
Today, take some time to separate yourself from your thoughts. Go for a walk, and notice when your thoughts arise, say hello to them, but do not take them for the end-all, be-all truth. Know that they are nothing other than creations from the mind.
Take some time to relax with the intention of letting your thoughts go - giving you freedom and peace.
