The passage of time is a constant. But our perception of it can transform.
Time is continuously moving forward, and we are often living in reaction to it... Always in a state of amazement about "how fast it goes."
When we are present and living each day with awareness - our relationship to time can actually transform. We might begin to experience time as moving slower.
When we are in a rush, everything is rushed - including our perception of time. When we are in stillness, time seems to stand still as well.
