Brian, EJ and the Flock,
I can’t believe it’s been 4 years. It’s hard to believe that it’s been that long when I honestly think about us and our process almost daily.
As I sit here on my back porch soaking up the rays (still can’t help but think of ’the light’ when it’s pouring down on me) I can transport myself back to White Sulphur Springs and all that we shared.  I couldn’t be more grateful for Hoffman and what it’s done for me.  Life is, and I’m assuming will always be, a struggle against the dark side but knowing what I know now and having the tools to live a happier more fulfilling life is a huge reassurance against the daily grind.
My wife and I have taken on a huge challenge and have moved from the city to a giant fixer upper in the country. The stress of change and such a large looming project would otherwise be almost unfathomable without all that I took home with me from Hoffman.  I can honestly say that it has made me a better person and more true to myself than I could have ever hoped.k
I couldn’t be more grateful for you all and I still feel a strong bond with our flock…even if it’s just through the warmth of the sun rays on my face.
It is my sincerest hope that you all are well and living the life that you desire and deserve.
Much love to you,
Scotty

Hi and good morning Flockers,

Thinking about you and how the flock is doing almost FOUR! years after the process.  Curious how the path of integration (or just the path of life) continues for you.  Grateful for the time we spent together, a week of magic, depth, love, connection, pain/suffering, living!

In thinking about all of you, was inspired to pull out the path of integration workbook.

Here are a couple of quotes that I’m hoping with serve you today:

—————————

From Mister Rodgers:

At the center of the universe is a loving
heart that continues to be and that
wants the best for every person.

Anything we can do to help foster the intellect and spirit and emotional growth of our fellow human beings, that is our job.

Those of us who have this particular vision must continue against all odds.

Life is for service.

—————————

 A blessing of solitude
May you recognize in your life the presence, power, and light of your soul

May you realize that you were never alone, that your soul in its brightness and belonging connects you  intimately with the rhythm of the universe.

May you have respect for your own individuality and difference.

May you realize that the shape of your soul is unique, that you have a special destiny here, that behind the façade of your life there is something beautiful, good, and eternal happening .

May you learn to see yourself with the same delight, pride, and expectation with which God sees you in every moment.

- A Celtic Blessing

Love to the flock...
