ο»ΏHi Brian & All,
I have been thinking of our 4-year anniversary a bunch recently. Holy cow it's hard to believe! Hoffman still continues to be the greatest, transformation of my life. I can't imagine life without it. I am occasionally overcome with bouts of nostalgia thinking about those rooms, the trees, the food, the music, the teachers (I am doing a 1-day refresher with Nita in November! Excited to see her again). As the Process dives ever-deeper into my past I find that what I learned there grows stronger each day. Thanks to Hoffman, and all of the wonderful love we shared, I am ever more who I always was. I am even growing my hair long again after years of shearing!!
There is an amazing Hoffman community in Boulder--hundreds of graduates here. We meet twice a month (once in a formal grad meeting situation, and once casually, in a social setting). I am curious what your experiences have been with local Hoffman communities! I like to think of each of us in our own parts of the world continuing to spread light and love just by being who we are.
I putting a lot of energy into music these days and the hope is to go on tour someday and see all of you in those cities I don't regularly travel to!
I love you guys all so much.
EJ
P.S. Here's a pic of me from my show last night!! I played for 3 hours and they asked me to come back tonight and do the same thing! Haha apologies for turing this email into Show & Tell but I just figured I'd share a bit about my life too. Important to note though: if it wasn't for Hoffman, I never would've sang in public. What a blessing to have had an opportunity to work through so many debilitating patterns.

Hi and good morning Flockers,
Thinking about you and how the flock is doing almost FOUR! years after the process. Curious how the path of integration (or just the path of life) continues for you. Grateful for the time we spent together, a week of magic, depth, love, connection, pain/suffering, living!
In thinking about all of you, was inspired to pull out the path of integration workbook.
Here are a couple of quotes that Iβm hoping with serve you today:
βββββββββ
From Mister Rodgers:
At the center of the universe is a lovingheart that continues to be and thatwants the best for every person.
Anything we can do to help foster the intellect and spirit and emotional growth of our fellow human beings, that is our job.
Those of us who have this particular vision must continue against all odds.
Life is for service.
βββββββββ
A blessing of solitudeMay you recognize in your life the presence, power, and light of your soul
May you realize that you were never alone, that your soul in its brightness and belonging connects you intimately with the rhythm of the universe.
May you have respect for your own individuality and difference.
May you realize that the shape of your soul is unique, that you have a special destiny here, that behind the façade of your life there is something beautiful, good, and eternal happening .
May you learn to see yourself with the same delight, pride, and expectation with which God sees you in every moment.
- A Celtic Blessing
Love to the flock...
