Today's Practice: Don’t Do Anything
When you have an impulse to fix, to jump in, to take control, Stop. Don’t do anything.
Give yourself space and time to pause. Notice your habits. Notice your urge to lunge. And don’t do anything.
Watch the “But I...” “I need to...” or the “I want to...” Say hello to those reactions. And don’t do anything.
Once you attain stillness, once you no longer feel the need to act, then you can look at your aligned next step.
