Today's Practice: Get Unstuck
When you're stuck in your stuff, in your story, in your emotions, recognize it! Own it! Say it out loud!
"I'm stuck!"
But don't become it. By recognizing it you become the observer.
Then ask yourself, "What is one thing I can do to pull myself out of this stuck place?"
Maybe you need to go for a walk? Stretch? List out loud things you are grateful for. Perhaps call a friend (but do not wallow in your stuckness with the friend, tell them you need help being pulled out of it!)
Smile. Then laugh.
There are countless ways to get unstuck. But it all starts with observation.
