Today's Practice: Control
Sometimes we use control as a form of protection. By having control of a situation we feel safe.
However, it can be healing to let go of that control. By doing so you learn to trust others, you learn that you are not alone, and that things can happen just as magically without your overseeing eye. As you begin to let go of control you allow others to come
closer to you, to support you, to guide you.
Letting go of control can be a tremendous sense of relief. For once you realize that you do not have to be in charge, a great deal of pressure is alleviated.
Allow those who want to support you take the reigns once in a while. Allow Creator to drive the car. Then sit back, and enjoy the ride.
