Today's Practice: Contraction and Expansion
When we are stressed out, anxious, busy, rushed, frustrated, sad, angry, even distracted - our space contracts.
When we are still, peaceful, joyous, alive, radiant, and nourished - our space expands. However this expansion is a reaction to those states.
Today, make the choice to expand your space without something external prompting it. With your intention, expand your bubble, your field, your energetic space.
Then notice - When your space is more expansive, do you feel peaceful, joyous, stillness, alive, radiant or nourished?
Then expand some more. What do you notice?
