Today's Practice: Commit to Growth



How can you more fully commit to your personal and spiritual growth? 

How can you make time, more time, to take care of yourself? Even just a moment check in here and there. A self assessment can make all the difference. By pausing and acknowledging where you are at and what you are experiencing, you can begin to recognize what is missing, and what you are needing. 

By creating time and space for yourself in the morning to do a practice of getting clear, getting still, and getting grounded you support yourself in getting the healing you need.

By asking your guides and Creator for support to remember you are not alone. The weight of the world does not have to fall on your shoulders.
