Today's Practice: Being Vulnerable
Often in our culture we perceive vulnerability as a negative thing, as a sign of weakness. However those who are courageous enough to show up and be vulnerable have strength.
Showing others how we truly feel can be hard - and yet how can we expect or even hope to be loved and seen if we are not showing up in our authenticity.
Today, give yourself permission to be vulnerable, give yourself permission to be seen.
If this feels really challenging for you, that is okay too. Notice when you feel challenged. Remember, the first step towards changing anything is becoming aware of it.
It's okay to be vulnerable.
It's okay to open up and let yourself come out.
It takes courage to be vulnerable, and you have that courage inside you.
