Today's Practice: Awareness They say "ignorance is bliss," however, I believe awareness is empowering. Having choice is empowering. You have the awareness to know that you choose what you create. You choose your reality. This puts you instantly into a place of power. As you raise your awareness you become more at cause in your life. When you make choices consciously, when you live your life in alignment, you empower yourself. Raising your awareness does not mean listening to the news, or reading the paper, it means listening to your higher self, to your inner guidance, to Creator and the messages the Universe presents before you. Raising your awareness means being open to learning information that is outside the box of what you already know or think possible. As you raise your awareness you become empowered.
