Thank you Paul for sending the daily practices, even if I dont always respond they give me a signpost for my day……
the thought of letting go to this extent is disconcerting, a bit scary, maybe a lot scary! Letting go of the day to day I can get my head around..and am still working on. I know that letting go is the key though.. the second noble truth of Buddhism is that all suffering comes from attachment.

This is how I am beginning to feel. Always have thoughts coming in, but my practice is the mastery of my thoughts and how I feel. Me letting go of the outcome is giving me so much peace, however things play out. I hope you all are feeling great as well. ❤️🙏🤙🙂

Today's Practice: Endless Possibilities

There exists before you an expanse of endless possibilities. A realm of options much larger than you currently see or perceive.

Often we limit our creations and our lives because we can only see so far - we see so little of the big picture. We think we know what is best, what we need, or what will most serve us. Chances are, we do not.

As we open up to all these other possibilities that exist for us (just by choosing to, by calling that in), our world expands in all directions simultaneously.

On a personal note I can safely say that my life looks nothing like I would have "planned" or thought it would - and yet all my creations, my relationships, my business, all of it - is more aligned than I could have ever imagined. My life is very different than I might have wanted it to be. However creating from a higher place has allowed me to feel satisfied not only on the physical realm, but spiritually as well. Which gives me a greater sense of completion than my mind conceived possible.
