Today, I'm sharing a quote , some lyrics and today's practice. Hope you enjoy, especially you, Bernardo 😊....

"There is a land of the living and a land of the dead and the bridge is love, the only survival, the only meaning."
Thornton Wilder, writer

Or more simply put by John Lennon.....

Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.

There's nothing you can do that can't be done.
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung.
Nothing you can say, but you can learn
How to play the game
It's easy.
Nothing you can make that can't be made.
No one you can save that can't be saved.
Nothing you can do, but you can learn
How to be you in time
It's easy.

All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love. Love is all you need.
Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.
All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love. Love is all you need.

There's nothing you can know that isn't known.
Nothing you can see that isn't shown.
There's nowhere you can be that isn't where
You're meant to be
It's easy.

All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love. Love is all you need.
All you need is love. (All together now).
All you need is love. (Everybody).
All you need is love, love. Love is all you need.
Love is all you need.
Love is all you need

(Yesterday)
(Oh yeah)
(She love you, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(She love you, yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Oh, yesterday)

Today's Practice: Open Mind

When you look at the world with open eyes, with an open mind, you are able to see things in a new light. When you perceive things neutrally, observing them for what they are, your perception expands.

When you view the world based on what you think you know, everything becomes categorized into specific boxes within your frame of reference.  Your experience becomes limited, and things you don't understand you may write off as not possible, or even not real.

If you find yourself fighting for your cause, or certain that another is wrong, pause, step back, and ask yourself, "Am I coming from a limited perspective? Or do I have an open mind?"

When you maintain a neutral openness you increase your ability to learn, grow and evolve.
